Field Manager - Oklahoma City, OK - Full Time

Summary:

  • You can live anywhere in Texas or Oklahoma- we pay your travel to projects in Texas and surrounding states.
  • Travel:Travel is close to 100%, we usual travel in 3 week sprints.
  • All expenses are paid along with per diem, mileage and we pay for yourhotel if you are traveling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating with project manager to ensure execution of electrical scope across a project, including assisting of planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of electrical personnel.
  • Prepares scheduling and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
  • Liaison between project manager and on-site client representatives, partners or customers.
  • Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
  • Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
  • Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, safety initiatives, timesheets and testing logs.
  • Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
  • Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
  • Must have experience and current ability to lead small-medium size projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
  • Possess strong communication, customer-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Preference to having an active State Electrical Journeyman or Masters license.

Compensation:
  • Pay will range annuallyfrom $90,000 to $130,000.
    • Depending on experience and state electrical license
  • This includes paid hotel,vehicle allowance, fuel card,per diem and performance bonus.
  • Two weeks’ vacation earned on an accrual basis.
