Job summary

Pine Ridge Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable Foreman/Driver to lead a crew, transport personnel, and perform hands-on installation of hardscapes and landscapes, including patios and retaining walls.

The ideal candidate will operate skid steers and other landscape equipment, install lighting, read plans, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate materials and site logistics while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, or outdoor construction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment safely.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing outdoor work in varying weather.
• Strong leadership, reliability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members on daily project activities.
• Safely drive crew, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Perform masonry work including paver, block, and stone installation.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors and other landscape equipment.
• Install landscape lighting systems and low‑voltage lighting.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain organized job sites.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew, and management.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, operating equipment, and creating high-quality outdoor living spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for transportation of crew members, job site leadership, and hands‑on installation of hardscaping and landscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and outdoor living features.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive crew members, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Lead and supervise crew members on daily project activities.
• Install custom patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Perform masonry work, including paver, block, and stone installation.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and other landscape construction equipment.
• Install landscape lighting systems and low‑voltage outdoor lighting.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Assist with grading, excavation, drainage solutions, and site preparation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain organized job sites.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew members, and management.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
