Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance in Apache Junction. This year-round role includes winter snow support and opportunities for advancement.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, ensure safety and timely completion, and help with onboarding and training. Competitive hourly pay with overtime, benefits, and a path for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
