Tiello LLC is seeking a Foreman for commercial construction and building envelope projects in Tennessee. The role requires hands-on field leadership to supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.

The Foreman will oversee daily field operations across Tennessee, managing crews, materials, equipment, and jobsite workflow to keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Foreman on commercial construction sites.
• Experience with building envelope, façade systems, roofing or waterproofing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction and building envelope projects.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities daily.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades as needed.
• Plan daily workflow and ensure proper project sequencing.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and report updates to PMs and Superintendents.
• Ensure work safety, schedule adherence, and quality control inspections.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and field documentation.
• Mentor field personnel and promote a strong safety culture.
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors.
• Support projects typically ranging from $4M–$9M.

Job Title: Foreman (Commercial Construction / Building Envelope)

Location: Nashville, TN

Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 Base Salary

Tiello is partnered with a growing commercial construction contractor that specializes in large-scale commercial and building envelope projects. The company performs façade systems, architectural metal panels, roofing, and waterproofing scopes on high-profile commercial projects, including data centers, casino construction, and major commercial developments.

The Foreman will provide hands‑on field leadership, supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Position Overview

The Foreman will oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Tennessee. This role requires a hands‑on leader who understands how jobs run in the field and can effectively manage crews, materials, equipment, and jobsite workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction and building envelope projects
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades as needed
• Plan daily workflow and ensure proper project sequencing
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate project updates with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications
• Perform quality control inspections and address field issues as they arise
• Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, material usage, and field documentation
• Train, mentor, and develop field personnel while promoting a strong safety culture
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Support commercial projects ranging roughly from $4M–$9M

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Foreman, or Senior Foreman
• Commercial construction field leadership experience
• Experience with building envelope, façade systems, architectural metal panels, roofing, waterproofing, or related construction trades preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite workflow
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional presence when interacting with clients and project stakeholders
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA requirements
• Reliable, organized, and capable of working in a fast‑paced construction environment
• Must be willing and able to work locally in Tennessee – no nationwide travel required
