West Chester Township is seeking a Community Services Foreman to supervise maintenance staff and operate equipment across parks, cemeteries, roads, and storm water infrastructure. Typical hours are 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with 24/7 on-call for snow removal and emergencies.
The starting pay is $34.00/hour. The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid Ohio driver's license, and 1–3 years of supervisory and maintenance/construction experience.
West Chester Township has an immediate need to fill a Community Services Foreman position. A Foreman must have good oral and written communication skills and a commitment to provide excellent customer service to our residents. This supervisory level position of skilled and unskilled maintenance work is also responsible for operating a variety of equipment in the construction, operation, repair and maintenance of township parks, cemeteries, roads, storm water drainage infrastructure rights-of-way and facilities. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Must be available for snow removal or other emergency duty 24/7 as needed. The starting pay is $34.00/hour.
