Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Foreman for CE&I to supervise electrical craft workers and crews on industrial projects. You will coordinate activities with project managers, ensure safety, quality, and schedules, and provide training and leadership on site.

This role offers nationwide opportunities with assignments 4–10 months, a daily per diem, and competitive hourly pay. You’ll contribute to substations, transmission, and data center work while upholding NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of industrial electrical construction, NEC codes, and safety compliance.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and project docs.
  • Proven ability to supervise crews of six or more, plan work, and meet schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with practical problem-solving.
  • Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and material estimates; document work.
  • Proficient with project documentation and email tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate electrical work, manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation and implement safety, quality, and organization improvements.
  • Inspect work for compliance and coordinate inspections and corrective actions.
  • Enforce safety requirements and ensure a safe on-site environment including LOTO and arc‑flash controls.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate employees while maintaining productivity and accountability.
  • Support staffing and development, and communicate with leadership, customers, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Position Scope

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of electrical craft workers and assigned crews to ensure industrial electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Site Leadership, and other trades to plan and execute electrical installations. Provides direction and training to crew members, coordinates materials and equipment, monitors productivity and quality, and enforces all company and jobsite safety requirements.

Location & Travel:This role offers nationwide opportunities based on project needs, with project assignments typically lasting between 4 to 10 months.In addition to your hourly pay, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment.

Our CE&I Division delivers integrated controls, electrical, and instrumentation solutions for industrial and mission‑critical infrastructure projects. From utility interconnects through final terminations, our CE&I Division supports data centers, water and wastewater treatment facilities, natural gas facilities, and industrial process environments with safe, reliable, and execution‑focused delivery.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate electrical work, manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and project schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation and implement methods that improve safety, quality, productivity, and jobsite organization.
  • Inspect electrical work for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards while being able to identify and correct deficiencies and coordinate inspections and corrective actions
  • Enforce Company, OSHA, client, and jobsite safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment. Enforce LOTO, arc‑flash, grounding, energized work, fall protection, and other applicable safety procedures.
  • Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate employees while maintaining productivity, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Support staffing and employee development while communicating effectively with project leadership, customers, vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
  • May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical construction, systems, equipment, materials, and applicable NEC requirements with strong commitment to safety and compliance with company, OSHA, NEC, and jobsite requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and project documents.
  • Ability to supervise crews of six or more, plan work, manage resources, and meet project schedules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, employee development, and team‑building skills with ability to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot electrical issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to perform basic electrical calculations, measurements, quantity takeoffs, and material estimates and be proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and project documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
