Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a hands-on helper to assist craft workers on jobsites, keeping a clean, safe and efficient construction site while supporting overall project progress.

Assignments are nationwide with lengths typically 4 to 10 months. Base salary plus per diem is provided to help cover living expenses during assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 0–12 months of related construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with company and safety policies.
• Complete all required Safety documentation.
• Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and
• adjustment of machinery to load, offload, push and pull.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using shovel or other hand tool
• Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete using float, trowel or screed
• Position, join, align and connect pumps, motors and other mechanical or metal parts
• Apply caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices
• Grind, sand or polish surfaces such as concrete and steel, using abrasive tools or
• machines
• Perform tasks involving use of hands and tools such as torquing/tensioning bolts and
• studs, assembling metal parts, building bolt cages, vibrating concrete, sawing lumber,
• dismantling forms, removing forms from concrete, and demolitions, cleanup, use of
• May be required to install electrical conduit and grounding as well as pull wire through conduit and make wire connections on substation equipment
• Perform care and maintenance of assigned tools
• May be required to travel to different jobsites on limited notice
• Other duties as assigned

This role offers nationwide opportunities based on project needs, with project assignments typically lasting between 4 to 10 months.In addition to your base salary, you’ll receive a daily per diem to assist with living expenses while on assignment.

Our High Voltage Division delivers comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions for critical electrical infrastructure across the utility, renewable energy, and industrial markets. Our expertise includes substations, switchyards, and transmission line systems ranging from distribution and medium voltage to extra-high voltage (EHV).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Work Experience
