Job summary

Tricon-US, LLC is seeking a Foreman in the San Antonio, Texas area for a full-time, long-term position with a family-owned company. The role requires leading concrete and excavation crews, ensuring safety and quality on site, and coordinating teams in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required up to seven days per week.

Valid driver’s license with a clean record is needed. Salary is $28.00–$33.00 per hour DOE with comprehensive benefits beginning after 60 days of eligible employment,

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in concrete and excavation.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team by example.
• Valid driver’s license with outstanding 5-year driving record.
