Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection,LLC. is hiring for a Fire Sprinkler Foreman position. You will lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems on commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities include supervising crew members, ensuring safety, training others, and coordinating with teams to complete projects on schedule. Must meet physical demands and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks (sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching).
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.

• Fire Sprinkler Foreman(s)

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.

• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems

Education

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
• Blueprint reading experience

License / Certification

• Valid Driver’s License (Required) – Must have a clean driving record
• NICET Level I or II (Preferred)
• Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)
