Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection seeks a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems on commercial and residential projects.

As Foreman, you will supervise crews, ensure safety and schedule adherence, read blueprints, and coordinate with teammates to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.
