Job summary

Strategic Connections in Raleigh, NC seeks a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings.

You will lead crew members, enforce safety protocols, review blueprints, and ensure projects are completed on time and within specs. Minimum 1 year of sprinkler experience; NICET is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• NICET Level I or II (Preferred).
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.
