Job summary

SHFP is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems on commercial and residential sites. You will supervise crew members, ensure safety protocols, and timely project completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of sprinkler system experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Travel up to 100% to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems.

• Fire Sprinkler Foreman(s)

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

• This role requires working closely with team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
• The Foreman position will also be responsible for supervising and guiding crew members while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
• Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
• Blueprint reading experience

License / Certification

• Valid Driver's License (Required) - Must have a clean driving record
• NICET Level I or II (Preferred)
• Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
• OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)

Travel Requirement

• Up to 100% travel to job sites
