Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead and develop the packaging production team in our Grand Rapids facility. You will train staff, manage the production schedule, and ensure equipment is operated and maintained to meet quality and efficiency goals.

The role requires strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards, with responsibilities spanning data collection, inventory accuracy, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
