Roskam Foods, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, is a leading contract manufacturer of frozen, refrigerated, and shelf-stable foods. We seek a Production Supervisor to train staff, manage production schedules, operate packaging equipment, and ensure safety and quality across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
• Manage the production schedule to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that packages food products and address rework from malfunctions.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Maintain inventory management software for accurate tracking of materials.
• Record production data during quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
