Job summary

Insight Global in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a construction Foreman to lead and supervise field crews on active projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, read blueprints, manage daily reports, and collaborate with Superintendents, PMs, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in heavy civil, concrete, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading crews as Foreman or Lead Foreman.
• Experience with concrete placement, rebar installation, utility work, earthwork, or roadway construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
