Role Overview

As an FTZ Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role on our Programs team. You will manage the Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection laws, overseeing process flows in third-party warehousing, and transitioning to site-based subzone FTZs in Garden Grove and Carson, California. Your responsibilities include administration and compliance activities related to import/export requirements, inventory custody, and customs records. You should be responsive, quick-thinking, and inspired by fast-paced challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade/Logistics or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3-5 years in FTZ operations, ERP inventory management, and inventory control at multiple locations
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Other Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, detail-oriented, problem-solving

Preferred but not required:

• Experience developing and auditing FTZ programs
