Job summary

You will assist with documentation, data entry, and process improvements while gaining exposure to international trade practices and NA regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customs brokers and stakeholders to support import operations.
• Review and process import documentation for compliance.
• Enter data and maintain trade records with high accuracy.
• Analyze procedures and support process improvements.
• Assist with foreign trade administrative activities.
• Support Team Lead on special projects and continuous improvements.
• Monitor compliance with NA trade regulations and IMMEX/Maquiladora requirements.

Your Contribution

• Support import and customs operations by coordinating with customs brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in reviewing and processing import documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Perform data entry and maintain trade‑related records with a high level of accuracy.
• Analyze existing procedures and support process improvement initiatives.
• Support administrative activities related to foreign trade operations.
• Collaborate with the Team Lead on special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with North American trade regulations and IMMEX/Maquiladora program requirements.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of international trade, import/export processes, and customs operations.
• Knowledge of North American trade practices and Mexico’s IMMEX/Maquiladora program is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
