Job summary

HRB seeks an analyst to support disclosure decisions for Foreign Military Sales and international programs. You will develop and implement release decisions, review documentation, and ensure compliance with U.S. government policy.

Onsite work at Patuxent River Naval Air Station is required; U.S. citizenship and SECRET clearance are required. The role encompasses coordinating data release, assisting with foreign national visits, and managing TA/TAAs while maintaining program documentation in line

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 3–10 years combined experience in disclosure and export control.
  • Citizenship to U.S. and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis to support disclosure decisions for FMS, international programs, and foreign national access.
  • Develop and implement disclosure and release recommendations; review program documentation prior to release.
  • Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. policy on technology transfer.
  • Support management of export licenses, TAAs, and CFIUS cases; participate in security training.
  • Coordinate data release engineering reviews; track QA of data released to foreign nationals.
  • Assist foreign national visit management and staff TA/CPs.

Job description

*Position will require regular onsite work at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Patuxent River, Maryland*

Education:

BA/BS

Experience:

3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Position Description:
  • Provides analysis to support disclosure decisions in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, and foreign national access to Information Technology systems.
  • Provide support in developing and implementing disclosure and release ability decisions, providing recommendations for release. Review program documentation prior to release to foreign governments.
  • Develop documentation in accordance with U.S. Government technology transfer policy.
  • Provide analysis to support Government assistance to Industry for export license/technical assistance agreement development.
  • Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for current programs and develop required documentation for future phases of international programs.
  • Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals.
  • Assist in resolving disclosure questions and issues. Oversee tracking and ensure quality of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals.
  • Provide support for management of foreign national visits.
  • Develop, manage, and staff Technology Assessment/Control Plans (TA/CPs).
  • Provide assistance and support in the management of Export Licences Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and Committee for Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) cases. Develop, participate in and/or provide International Programs Security training and awareness.

Salary:

The projected salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
