Job summary

A&D Mortgage LLC in Troy, MI is seeking a Post Sale and Property Preservation Specialist to manage loans after foreclosure through final resolution, including conveyance, claims, and REO transition, and to oversee property preservation and inspections in our default servicing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance or related field.
• Experience with post-sale processes including conveyance, claims, REO, and eviction timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loans from foreclosure sale through final resolution (conveyance, third-party sale, or REO transfer).
• Review foreclosure sale results and ensure accurate system updates and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate and monitor property preservation activities including inspections, securing, winterization, repairs, and maintenance.
• Review vendor reports, photos, and invoices for accuracy, quality, and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate deed recording, title transfer, and document execution with attorneys and vendors.
• Ensure timely conveyance of properties to investors/insurers or transfer to REO departments.
• Prepare, submit, and track claims in accordance with guidelines from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA.
• Review expenses, advances, and fees for allowability and reimbursement eligibility.
