Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor and manage foreclosure actions in line with investor and state guidelines. The role requires coordinating with attorneys, trustees and investors, and ensuring timely updates across systems.

Candidate must have a strong understanding of mortgage servicing, default processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Office-based role located in our Jacksonville, FL area with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 4 to 10 years related experience and/or training required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS/ICE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure actions to ensure compliance with investor, insurer and state guidelines.
• Maintain caseload and ensure all systems are updated accurately and timely.
• Respond to phone calls, voice messages, intercoms and emails within 24 hours.
• Communicate with attorneys, trustees, investors and Loan Resolution daily.
• Manage vendor and attorney network to ensure files are worked per guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize losses and mitigate risk.

Other duties may be assigned.Monitors foreclosure actions to ensure compliance with investor, insurer and regulatory guidelines.Maintains caseload and ensures all systems are updated accurately and timely.Works all task, processes, events, issues, re-projections and holds within their required deadlines.Responds to any phone calls/voice messages, intercoms and emails within 24 hours.Communicates with attorneys, trustees, Investors and Loan Resolution daily.Manages vendor and attorney network to ensure files are worked in accordance with all investor, insurer, regulatory and state guidelines.Completes special projects on an as needed basis.Completes and monitors reports in accordance with servicing requirements and guidelines.Coordinates with other departments to minimize losses and mitigate risk.Identifies quality compliance issues as they arise and provides the appropriate feedback to management.Understands and manages the different legal processes to foreclose in our various statesUnderstands mortgage loan servicing and the default, foreclosure, bankruptcy and loss mitigation processes.Possesses a strong knowledge and understanding of insurer, investor, regulatory and state regulations/guidelines.Must have a working knowledge/experience: BKFS, PACER, AACER, SCRA, MSPQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
