Job summary

No foreclosure experience required; leads are provided and you will receive training, mentorship, and access to proven systems to work with foreclosures, bank-owned homes, and distressed properties.

You will help buyers, sellers, and investors understand transactions, negotiate offers, and guide clients through buying and selling processes with ongoing support and a high commission

Qualifications

• Real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Ability to guide clients through complex processes with clear explanations.
• Proven negotiation skills for favorable terms in transactions.
• Strong awareness of market trends and foreclosure regulations or willingness to learn.
• Ability to leverage marketing resources to promote listings and attract buyers.
• Comfortable working with buyers, sellers and investors.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring understanding and support.
• Collaborate with buyers, sellers and investors to identify opportunities in distressed properties.
• Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a client portfolio and relationships.
