Foreclosure Real Estate Specialist - Leads Provided, Training Available

Looking for a way to build your real estate career without competing for the same opportunities as every other agent?

Our team is looking for motivated real estate professionals who want to learn the foreclosure and distressed property market. Leads are provided, along with specialized training, mentorship, marketing resources, and established systems to help you develop your business in this niche.

You’ll learn how to work with buyers, sellers, and investors involved in foreclosure and bank-owned properties. As you gain experience, you’ll develop a better understanding of distressed transactions while building the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills needed to confidently guide clients through the process.

You do not need previous foreclosure experience. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with people, and interested in developing expertise that can help differentiate them from other agents.

You’ll also have operational and marketing support available so you can spend more time working with leads, developing client relationships, and moving opportunities forward.

Benefits

• First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+
• Leads provided. High commission split. Specialized training and mentorship available. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Compensation: $125,500 - $225,000 yearly
