Job summary

RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Oversight Specialist to manage foreclosure activities from referral to sale and post-sale actions. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The role emphasizes improving timeline adherence, tracking servicing system updates for holds, and driving continuous process improvements while meeting key performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ Years Foreclosure Experience
• Director 7/MSP and LoanSphere Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
• GNMA Foreclosure Experience, with extensive knowledge on FHA foreclosure processes
• GSE Foreclosure Experience
• 3+ years mortgage servicing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the foreclosure process with internal departments and external vendors, including attorneys.
• Monitor attorney performance to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and manage foreclosure timelines from referral through sale and post-sale activities, escalating delays as necessary.
• Coordinate with Loss Mitigation to ensure timely placement and removal of holds.
• Utilize reports to drive daily workflow and support operational efficiency.
• Work exception reporting as key controls to identify, resolve, and prevent process gaps or compliance risks.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and business rules.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate foreclosure actions.
• Demonstrate commitment to compliance by meeting RoundPoint KPIs 100% of the time.
