Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in mortgage default servicing or related environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience handling operational escalations and client concerns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows across foreclosure departments.
• Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Assist with process improvements and project rollouts.
• Maintain case progression and compliance with timelines.
• Prepare and update case documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with attorneys, managers, and support teams to resolve issues.
• Provide on-site leadership for the Vancouver office and maintain office operations.
