Responsibilities

• Log and enter new foreclosures into system.
• Review documents to prepare notice of default/notice of sale.
• Prepare and send notices and documents to all interested parties.
• Monitor data accuracy of third-party websites.
• Handle incoming daily phone calls regarding foreclosures.
