Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• 5+ years related experience preferred in default operations/creditors' rights.
• Working knowledge of foreclosure process from start to finish preferred.
• Notaries or willingness to become a notary preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily priorities for footprint states.
• Support and manage functions related to foreclosure title processes.
• Ensure client guidelines and requirements are followed to avoid fees or penalties.
• Analyze reports to monitor trends and identify inefficiencies.
• Create, modify, deploy, and apply Work Instructions.
• Audit daily performance logs to improve process and productivity levels.
• Onboard and oversee all new Team Member training.
• Routinely analyze the CaseAware sequences for inefficiencies.
• Provide exception reporting and participate in monthly department meetings.
