Job summary

Schneiderman & Sherman, P.C. in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support Judicial Foreclosure and Litigation across OH, KY, and IN.

You will draft documents, manage filings, and coordinate with clients, courts, and vendors to ensure timely case progression. The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree and Paralegal Certification, 1–3 years of experience (4+ preferred) in default or real estate law, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with Paralegal Certification.
• 1–3 years paralegal experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Experience in default, foreclosure, or real estate law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and correspondence with accuracy.
• Draft legal letters/notices as needed for attorney review.
• Manage electronic filing across state/federal courts timely and correctly.
• Serve as main contact for clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors.
• Provide updates on case status and assist with complex matters.
• Coordinate with process servers to ensure timely service.
• Maintain and update case files; track deadlines and progression.
• Perform data entry and ensure SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
