Howard Law, P.A. is seeking an Associate Attorney – Foreclosure to join our Florida creditors’ rights practice, based in Boca Raton. The role focuses on foreclosure litigation and default servicing, with hands-on responsibility from referral through final disposition.

The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed attorney with strong research and writing skills, capable of managing multiple files in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with paralegals and senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed attorney with strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple foreclosure matters in a high-volume practice.
• Experience or interest in creditors’ rights and foreclosure litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Florida foreclosure matters from referral through final disposition.
• Draft, review, and file complaints, motions, affidavits, and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on foreclosure and related issues.
• Appear at hearings, case management conferences, and mediations.
• Coordinate with paralegals and staff to ensure timely file progression.
