Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Manage Florida foreclosure matters from referral to final disposition under supervision.
• Draft and file complaints, motions, affidavits, discovery, and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on foreclosure and related issues.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings and conferences; participate in mediations and motions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
