Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Ensure timely actions to expedite files.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and personnel.
• Manage files per foreclosure rules and timelines.
• Use case management systems for reports and updates.
• Review and draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Present documents and argue at hearings.
• Conduct public auctions as needed.
• Review title searches for issues and proper parties.
