Job summary

Howard Law, P.A. in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to manage a high-volume residential and/or commercial foreclosure docket. You will own files from referral through title issuance, interact with clients and opposing counsel, and support paralegals with file progression and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Florida attorney with hands-on foreclosure experience, capable of independent work and delivering quality, timely results in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of residential foreclosure experience in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of Florida (and Georgia) foreclosure matters from referral to title issuance.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and orders per Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Appear at hearings including summary judgment and case management conferences in Florida courts.
• Supervise paralegal staff on file progression, CaseAware steps, and billing triggers.
