This hybrid/remote, full-time role rewards ownership of files, adherence to timelines, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Recent creditor-side mortgage foreclosure experience
• Knowledge of Florida judicial foreclosure process
• Hands-on with First Legal including complaints, service, and defaults
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to recognize issues and determine next steps
• Preferred: 2+ years creditor-side foreclosure experience

Responsibilities

• Manage creditor-side foreclosure files from referral through First Legal completion
• Review new referrals and loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Review title reports and identify parties in interest, liens and title issues
• Review notes, mortgages, assignments, and other collateral documents
• Prepare foreclosure complaints and amended complaints for attorney review
• Prepare summonses, notices, affidavits, and other foreclosure documents
• Coordinate and monitor service of process
• Review returns of service and determine next action
• Prepare motions for clerk and judicial defaults
• Obtain and review SCRA/military searches and other due diligence
• Monitor deadlines, client timelines, and First Legal milestones
• Identify title, service, collateral, bankruptcy, probate issues for attorney attention
• Maintain accurate file notes and client system updates
• Complete client tasks, status requests, and reporting timely
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, investor requirements, court rules
• Collaborate with attorneys, servers, vendors, clients, and foreclosure team
• Move files forward with quality and accuracy
