Howard Law Group seeks an experienced First Legal Foreclosure Paralegal to join our creditor's rights practice in Florida. The candidate should understand the Florida foreclosure process and handle files from referral through complaint, service, and default with minimal training.

This role rewards ownership of files, adherence to client timelines, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and accuracy. Recent creditor-side foreclosure experience is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Florida judicial foreclosure process.
• Hands-on experience with First Legal, including complaints, service, and defaults.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage creditor-side foreclosure files from referral through completion of First Legal.
• Review referrals and loan documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Review title reports and identify liens, encumbrances, and potential title issues.
• Prepare foreclosure complaints and amended complaints for attorney review.
• Coordinate and monitor service of process.
• Monitor deadlines and client timelines to keep files moving.
