• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective client, court, and opposing counsel communication with prompt responsiveness.
• Attention to detail in reviewing title, loan, and court documents; maintain accurate records.
• On-site work with regular court appearances throughout Florida; hybrid role.
• Proficiency with common legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
