Role Description In this full-time, hybrid Associate role located in Boca Raton, FL, the attorney will handle foreclosure matters from inception through resolution. Daily responsibilities include reviewing files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and appearing in court for hearings and trials as needed. The Associate will manage case strategy, coordinate with clients to provide updates and recommendations, and communicate with opposing counsel to facilitate efficient negotiations and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in Florida, in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience or strong interest in creditor’s rights, foreclosure, real estate, or civil litigation.
