Job summary

Fragrance.com is seeking a Buyer to leverage analytical and sales data to forecast product demands and plan inventory in a hybrid work setting (3 days in-office). The role focuses on forecasting,PO generation, and collaborating with vendors to meet business goals from our Deer Park, NY location.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source goods and services with research, analysis, negotiation and contracting.
• Analyze current inventory levels to inform purchasing decisions.
• Manage purchase orders with proper approvals and documentation.
• Maintain communication with vendors to foster strong relationships.
• Negotiate with vendors for pricing, shipping methods and delivery timelines.
• Forecast supply and demand to align with business objectives.
