Fragrance.com is seeking a Buyer in Deer Park, NY to forecast product demand, plan inventory, and generate purchase orders based on sales trends and market data. The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting and collaboration with internal teams to meet business objectives.

The Buyer will leverage in-house programs to refine forecasting and ensure timely procurement, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, vendor relationships, and PO management. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with a capacity to quickly learn operating systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategically source goods and services through research, analysis, negotiation, and contracting to support various departments.
• Analyze current inventory levels to make informed purchasing decisions.
