Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a SAP Business Analyst I to join the Shared Applications Team. You will become knowledgeable in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP Order to Cash processes, including Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, and related workflows.

You will work with business users to configure SAP applications, assist with design, testing, training, and post go-live support, and provide day-to-day production support and governance alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with business users and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and translate them into SAP O2C processes.
Participate in analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, and implementation.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Define and load master data to support SAP applications.
Follow DFA development, governance and project management standards.
Other duties as assigned as part of the Shared Applications team.
