Job summary

Chase seeks a Product Director for Forecast Automation and Engineering to design and implement forecasting models meeting business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring model accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead efforts to onboard models onto cloud-based architecture (Databricks) and manage metrics to measure impact, including time saved and data pipelines automated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in product management with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of Databricks architecture and Python coding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecasting processes to design optimized solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and model enhancements.
• Collaborate with tech teams and business partners to align requirements.
• Develop and manage a scorecard of metrics to track success.
• Deliver on AI agenda and automation of forecasting activities.
• Articulate a product vision and strategy for development efforts.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for onboarding models onto cloud architecture (Databricks).
• Use JIRA/JIRA Align to align stories, epics, and initiatives to the roadmap.
