Brunswick, a global marine leader based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support manufacturing finance activities. You will forecast, analyze material variances, manage WIP reconciliations, and drive cost control with cross-functional partners in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

The role includes coaching junior analysts and leading special projects with a focus on improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or automation tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting and analysis of material variances with explanations for forecast-to-actual results.
• Own monthly book-to-perpetual reconciliations for WIP inventory across plants.
• Manage E&O reserve reconciliations, including aging analysis and supporting docs.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare month-end inventory journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations under GAAP.
• Partner with plant ops, supply chain, and finance to identify root causes of variances.
• Identify process improvements and automation to strengthen controls.
• Support internal and external audits with timely analyses and documentation.
• Mentor and oversee analysts; provide guidance and training.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and lead special projects as requested.
