Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Forecasting & Business Analytics to lead analytical reporting for inline and pipeline ADC brands.

You will develop dashboards in Excel/VBA, manage variance analysis, and provide insights to senior leadership to support forecasting and budgeting decisions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in pharma analytics, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of market access and pricing dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4 or more years of commensurate experience in pharma business analytics and data reporting required.
• 1 or more years of performance tracking, promotional, sales, prescription, payer and patient data analytics experience required.
• Pharma Brand Forecasting (Demand and Patient based), Analytics, Market Access, or Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual/an ad-hoc business performance analytics and dashboards using Excel/VBA.
• Support Forecasting Director in communicating forecast/performance results to Brand and Sr. Management.
• Analyze secondary data and desk market research to identify key findings and incorporate them into forecast/budgeting processes.
• Assist in Net Sales forecasting and drive forecast assumptions with stakeholders.
