Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, data science, economics, statistics or a related field.
• Plus 6 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of ridership and ticket revenue projections and market demand information.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Integrate and analyze internal and external data sources to assess market, customer, and/or operational trends.
• Collaborate with business partners to model outcomes of proposed strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to data governance, may mentor junior analysts, and promote analytical best practices.
• Collaborate closely with team members and other Amtrak groups.
• Other duties as assigned
