Job summary

ZS Associates in the Insights & Analytics group designs and delivers data‑driven solutions to address business challenges across clients. Teams work on multiple projects, applying rigorous quantitative methods and deep expertise to inform client decisions and drive impact.

The role focuses on building statistical models in R/Tableau/SAS, communicating results clearly to clients, and developing strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative field (e.g., operations research, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering).
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience; PhD may substitute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on projects.
• Provide project status updates and create deliverables and solution implementations.
• Mentor and guide Associates on teams.
