Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Forecast Analyst to lead monthly SKU and customer-level demand forecasts, acting as the SAP power user and driving S&OP meetings. The role interfaces with sales, supply chain, and executives to report performance, improve forecast accuracy, and support ROI initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong demand planning expertise, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Automotive industry familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand planning/forecasting with SAP, Manhattan I/O or Anaplan.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to run complex demand simulations and analyze data.
• Experience managing large databases and reporting tools.
• Able to interface with stakeholders across levels on trends.
• Facilitate data exchange in an S&OP environment.
• Strong written and oral communication; intercultural experience.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• APICS/IBF or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SAP technical power user and database resource for specified product lines.
• Interface with systems, data, stakeholders, and customers to facilitate monthly SKU/customer-level demand forecasts, seeking continuous improvement in accuracy.
• Meet all assigned KPIs, including forecast accuracy at customer and product level.
• Monitor weekly customer sales volume for oversells and report as necessary.
• Drive evolution of application functionality to enable global/local utilization and ROI.
• Provide GIMS-level forecasts to SCM/IP and GHQ as needed, including 100% of AM SP/O2 volume and ~10% of OE volume not related to releases.
• Lead the monthly demand S&OP meeting, report outputs to the supply chain and exec leadership.
• Adhere to company policies including J-SOX, IATF-16949, ISO14000.
