Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 2-year degree with equivalent experience accepted if accompanied by relevant work history.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Demand Planning Specialists responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer demand and forecast entries.
• Oversee the forecasting process to ensure accurate, data-driven results.
• Optimize inventory levels across facilities to support customer needs while maintaining inventory goals.
• Analyze data to lead continuous improvement efforts in the forecasting process.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies within raw EDI transmissions and ERP behavior.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure inventory aligns with business and customer goals.
• Support resolution of inventory discrepancies and challenges.
• Build engaged and empowered teams.
