Job summary

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. 0-2 years of related experience or coursework is expected, with strong Excel and ERP familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of internship experience or coursework related to supply chain, inventory management, or production planning.
• US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecast management: receive, review, and analyze customer forecasts to identify demand trends and changes.
• S&OP support: participate in Sales & Operations Planning to align demand and capacity.
• Production planning: coordinate material movements and align supply plans with schedules.
• Inventory and demand analysis to optimize levels and turnover.
• Cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners to ensure execution.
• New product introduction support and data management to enable launches.
