Job summary

The Caddie / Forecaddie is seeking a Bag Drop Attendant to provide on-course support and exceptional guest service on site. You will assist golfers with bag handling, cart operations, and course navigation, contributing to pace of play and an outstanding golf experience.

You will greet players, maintain a clean bag drop area, and help prepare carts while upholding hospitality standards and safety guidelines. This role requires outdoor work and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers upon arrival and assist with unloading, tagging, and organizing golf bags.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bag drop and cart staging area.
• Prepare, stage, clean, and return golf carts before and after play.
• Ensure carts are properly stocked and in good working condition.
• Assist with practice facility operations, including range ball collection and restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness of practice areas, cart barn, and surrounding facilities.
• Provide caddie or forecaddie services, including yardage guidance, course knowledge, and pace-of-play support.
• Track golf shots, locate balls, and assist players with course navigation.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by answering questions, giving directions, and anticipating guest needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines, golf etiquette standards, and course procedures.
