Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete value-adding tasks.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as needed.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and supervisor of service dept.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards; ensure law compliance.
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and internal teams.
• Collaborate with management on service department hiring and discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

• Collaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.
