Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Ford technician.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic background.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles per dealership and Ford standards.
• Perform engine, transmission, steering, brakes, electrical work.
• Test-drive and verify repairs.
• Communicate repair timelines to Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and records.
• Keep workspace safe, organized, and compliant.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Ford Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
• Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more
• Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs
• Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors
• Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant
• Supporting additional duties assigned by management
