Job summary

Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Ford Senior Master Technician to join our family-owned dealership. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles to factory specifications and provide expert service.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification and ASE Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience, Master Technician preferred.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair complex issues using diagnostic tools.
• Provide detailed repair reports.
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.

• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.

• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ford Certification

• ASE Certification

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
